Tracking of delivered packages

There is not much to do when the tracking information shows the delivery has
occurred. We ask the client to check with each member of their household to see if someone else has been able to receive it. Sometimes we have heard of a package that was mistakenly delivered to a neighbor or left at a different or side door. In our experience, the package is usually located.

Most orders are shipped by UPS Mail Innovations or UPS Surepost, and final delivery is by USPS. So we suggest the customer to contact their local post office and often get in touch with the person who delivered it and see if they remember where they left it. It is best to do this soon after the delivery has been confirmed.
Keep in mind that if the tracking information shows that an order has been delivered but you do not believe you received it, we cannot take responsibility for reshipping that order. In this case, any replacement must be carried out at your expense. You can then place a replacement order in the online shop.

No tracking or no movement

If a package has no tracking and is past the expected delivery time, we
send you a new package at our expense. We may ask you to verify the address listed or to provide us with a new delivery address.

Size swap

Any return of merchandise for reasons of size or reflection is entirely at your discretion and how you wish to treat it. We do not offer exchange or refund in these situations.

Product problem

If it is a problem on our side, where we sent the wrong product, wrong size, wrong graphic, just send us a photo of what you received for quality check and we can offer refund or replacement once the problem is deemed to be our fault.
U.S. customers have up to 30 days, and international customers have up to 60 days from the date of shipment to report an error.

What we need to place a replacement order:
Please provide your name and email address.
Please indicate the order number.
Please provide a photo of the damaged item.

Please provide the necessary changes to correct / place a replacement order i.e .: color, size, style etc.
Upon receipt, we will print a replacement product and send it
